Long lasting relationships is what we aim for. We don’t see our contracts as a temporary job where we have to get tasks done. We see it as something much larger. It doesn’t mean we’re not open to filling in roles to work on a 3 or 6 month project. But even in ‘short jobs’ or longer-term jobs, we make sure that we’re providing an impact to the teams we work for and the market.
It starts with our engagement with our customers. Our management team spends a lot of time in the markets to learn about your business. This attitude of understanding every aspect of the business transcends to the teams who are deployed. We make sure that we have Team Leads who are very experienced in the industry. But what sets us apart is that all employees go through an on-boarding process with is a mix of the job itself (whether is Planning, RF Design, Optimization, Performance, etc), the customer’s environment, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Designing RFDS based on the customer’s input and directions. Always willing to change and ensuring document revision control.
SCIP reviews & Search Ring Approvals
Assisting Development teams in providing inputs to determining candidate sites, reviewing SCIPs, performing propagation analysis, current coverage, etc.
Design Walks
Assisting in candidate site approvals. Providing RF condition reports, ensuring no obstructions, updating databases, etc. Attend A&E walks, Zoning, and construction.
Candidate Evaluation and Approval
Assisting in candidate site approvals. Providing RF condition reports, assisting with justification packages and attending hearings.
Zoning Support
Providing assistance with justification packages and attending zoning hearings to provide RF input.
Final RFDS, E911, CIQ, SSV and SCF Support
Managing the E911 process. Developing CIQs, Site Configuration Files, etc. Ensure e911 test calls are placed and passed. Ensure EME is compliant.
On Air and Site Verification
Ensuring that sites get On Air. Verifying that tests and close-out packages have been completed and that databases all reflect what’s in the Final Designs.
Drawing Reviews
Assisting in reviewing applications for permitting, providing input on construction drawings (CDs/ZDs, etc) and proving any changes due to structural challenges.
Tools Expertise
Ability to work on tools such as Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei OSS data, Onedata, Actix, TEMS, T-Insight, ATOLL, TrueCall, etc.
Area Optimization
Ability to use the toolsets provided by you or our own toolsets to analyze the area, understand the business objectives and employ parameter changes and fixes to improve the area.
Drive Testing & Post On Air Verification
Assisting the integration teams to perform drive tests and review key KPIs to analyze the new cells sites or modifications.
LTE Optimization
Traffic balancing and layer management. Looking out for handover failures, PCI/RSI dominant coverage, RF bandwidth, UL / DL SINR and interference.
In-building Analysis
Ability to identify an area or polygon and determine the in-building solutions as they relate to.
Post Integration Optimization
Test the performance post-integration. Monitoring KPIs such as leakage, SINR and CQI, Congestion, Throughput, Accessibility, Retainability, and Performance, etc.
Providing Toolsets and analysis
Ensuring that sites get On Air. Verifying that tests and close-out packages have been completed and that databases all reflect what’s in the Final Designs. OTDR or light check reviews, antenna alignment, equipment on site, RFDS match, etc.
CAPEX Spending Decisions
Assisting the integration teams to perform drive tests and review key KPIs to analyze the new cells sites or modifications.
Planning, Optimization and Performance
Optimization is an ongoing challenge and requires Engineers who are well versed with different NEM configurations and parameters (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, etc).. They also understand different RF terrains and conditions and can provide systematic methodologies to know where to start and how to efficiently create a better RF environment.
