The following is a detailed description of the Site Development Services we employ:
Entitlement and Site Preparation
Our team has no problem exceeding expectations and delivering on time. They take a do what’s right attitude and work very closely with multiple groups to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Candidate Selection
Managing and coordinating the site candidate selection process from the time budget gets approved to developing SCIPs. Managing Vendor purchasing requests, etc.
Leasing, Permitting, Justification Packages
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Site design process including A&E, Site visits, Lease Exhibits, Construction Designs (CD's), SA's, which meet T-Mobile and Land Lord (LL) approvals.
Design Review
Coordinating the approval processes with cross-functional groups, vendors. Managing the red-lining and improving the time to get the process completed.
BOM Creation and Tracking
Preparing Bill of Materials. Understanding when equipment arrives, what is in the warehouse and delivery to General Contractors to stay on Schedule
Alternative Access Vendor
Coordination of the AAV availability and selection. Assisting with the real estate and/or access requests.
Ensuring proper Closeouts
Tracking of the Closeout Packages. Making sure that all assets and supporting documents are set.
Data Integrity
Making sure that all information, dates, and assets are appropriately and accurately inputted into our customer's databases and systems.
Construction and Integration
Managing efficiently the entire deployment of the site from GC selection, to material coordination, design walks, pre-con / utility walks, etc.
Quality Assurance and Closeout Packages
Quality Assurance and Closeout Packages
Ensuring that the sites have been fully constructed and integrated. Performing the close-out packages and making sure that all data is ’clean’ at the OSS / customer DB and in field information. Verifying that punch-lists are completed appropriately.
Utility Coordination
Coordinating and aligning on the right deliverables. Ensuring that they are delivered according to schedule. Raising the appropriate flags if delays are about to occur.
Managing General Contractors
Providing guidance to the General Contractors. Maintaining schedules. Ensuring the delivery of materials is on time.
Coordinating Bill of Materials
Ensuring that the right BOMs have been ordered and have reached the facility. Delivery to the General Contractors. Ensuring that schedule and timelines are met.
Status Reporting
Providing executive level status reporting. Making sure each item drills down to an owner and drives accountability.
Construction & Integration
Coordinating, managing and providing best practice guidance to ensure that the construction and integration activities run smoothly, stay on track, but at the same time follow the right standards to produce high quality performing sites.
